The Concierge Maintains the Leasing Office and Property Leasing Duties during the Evenings and Weekends when the Leasing Staff is unavailable. The Concierge also assists Residents with all of their Customer Service Needs and monitors and closes the pool during the summer season.

Assists Residents with all of their Customer Service Needs
Monitors and closes the pool during the summer season
Provides administrative support by scheduling appointments, database management, maintaining correspondence with tenants
Assists the Property Manager and Leasing Assistant with leasing and apartment showing
Greets and acknowledges all residents and announces all guests
Provides concierge services such as package and delivery acceptance, coordinating transportation, service vendor recommendations, restaurants reservations and additional requests upon demand
Ensures property rules and regulations are consistently enforced
Adhere to formal operating policies and procedures that mandate certain customer service techniques and emergency response procedures
Handle all complaints professionally and in a timely manner
Screen calls, arrange appointments and referrals
Assists in the correspondence with potential residents and current tenants
Type correspondence, reports, memos, and forms as requested by Property Manager
Take clear and concise phone messages
Maintain inventory and submit front office supply orders to the Property Manager
Always keep the front area neat and tidy
Distribute mail and handle routine correspondence
During Pool Season Checks the Pool Chemicals and Documents them, Makes Sure Residents Adhere to Pool Safety Rules
Stocks propane, check and monitor the grills and fire pits
Clean the tables by the pool & roof
Straightens furniture on the roof and at the pool area
Closes the Pool and Rooftop areas
Updates Resident Locks as Needed, Changes Light Bulbs and Batteries in Smoke Detectors
Perform additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely as required by Property Manager
Requirements:
A minimum of a High School diploma is required
Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length
Must be able to walk around the building for long periods of time
Must be able to exert well-paced mobility in limited space
Must have the ability to bend, squat and lift up to 50 lbs on a regular and continuing basis
Understand and respond to employee and guest verbal requests and visual cues in a sometimes loud and extremely busy environment
