Job Responsibility:

  • Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing guest needs and adding personal recommendations to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
  • handle all guest interactions with highest hospitality and professionalism
  • process packages, faxes, messages, and mail
  • comply with Four Seasons' Work Rules and Standards of Conduct
  • work harmoniously with coworkers
  • assure desk collateral and local information are updated
  • store and retrieve guest luggage and packages
  • utilize software to input special arrangements and assure proper billing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of related work
  • high analytical and organizational skills
  • speaking, writing and reading English
  • positive attitude and willing to learn
  • flexible schedule and ability to work different shifts, holidays and weekends.
