To carry out the Concierge Duties like booking a bus tours, Sights and making recommendations for places to eat and of interest in the Madrid Area
Being the point of contact for the guests in terms of planning out their day
Able to make the personalized experience and create moments to really up sell the hotel facilities like the Restaurant and Bars
Respond to all guest enquires via email or telephone in a timely manner
Able to assist the Reception Team if and when required including checking in and checking out
Able to fully use Opera and the day to day Marriott Platforms
Requirements:
Good level of English and other languages is an advantage
Worked in a 4* / 5 * hotel in Madrid with Opera PMS and Marriott
