Concierge (Ray House 25hrs)

We are currently recruiting a concierge to join our brand new Service in Northampton. Ray House provides accommodation, support and advice to adults experiencing homelessness with a history of rough sleeping. The service helps individuals build stability, improve wellbeing and move towards independent living through accommodation-based support and access to specialist services. You will play a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming and well-managed environment for residents, visitors and staff. As the first point of contact within the service, you will help ensure individuals feel supported, respected and able to access the right assistance when needed. Through effective front-of-house support, strong professional relationships and a proactive approach to health and safety, you will contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the service. Your work will help maintain a secure and supportive environment, promote resident wellbeing, and ensure the service operates to a high standard.
