Job Responsibility

Act as an ambassador of the resort ensuring all guests feel welcome on arrival and bid farewell with kindness on departure
Coordinate guests’ luggage across the hotels, ensuring it is managed in a timely manner
Look after arriving guests, liaising with reception in terms of room allocations and delivering bags to guests in their rooms shortly after arrival
Ensure all hotel areas, including guest rooms, offices, vehicles, conference and function areas, and external areas to the property are maintained and cared for on a timely basis as directed by management
