The Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River is looking for a successful Concierge GRO who shares a passion for excellence and infuses enthusiasm into everything he/she does. Our Concierge Officer will have the opportunity to shape guest experience by providing an exceptional service and insightful knowledge. This position reports to Assistance Chief Concierge.
Job Responsibility:
During the pre-opening, support Chief Concierge who is a hotel champion for the launch of concierge KEY software program and establish the system for Hotel before further utilizing
Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
Accommodate special requests whenever possible
Resolve customer complaints
Assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
Respond to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on an insightful local knowledge and hotel practices
Process parcels, packages, courier service, faxes, messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers
Assure that desk collateral and information for restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current
Know what activities are available in the city (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing) and establish close contacts with vendors in these areas in order to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests
Store and retrieve guest luggage and packages
Utilize a variety of internal software programs to accurately input special arrangements the guest has made and to assure proper billing
Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence of Concierge leaders or due to heavy volume in the areas of the Bell stand, Front desk, Door greeter and lobby coverage
Provide a basic trouble-shooting support for in-room services such as Internet, TV movies, games, and Web service
Work closely with Bell Staff to ensure smooth handling of guest luggage, deliveries and special requests
