Four Seasons Hotel Milan is currently looking for candidates interested in a 6-month internship opportunity within the Concierge Department. During the internship, the trainee will have the opportunity to: Welcome guests and support them during arrival and departure procedures, collaborating with the Front Desk on Guest Services check-in and check-out activities; Assist colleagues with luggage handling and escort guests to their rooms, ensuring high service standards and attention to detail; Support the Concierge team in managing guest requests, providing information, handling reservations (restaurants, transfers, activities), and delivering personalized assistance; Collaborate with internal departments (housekeeping, room service, maintenance) to ensure timely and effective responses to guest needs; Develop communication, organizational, and customer care skills in a dynamic and international environment; Become familiar with brand standards and service expectations, contributing to an excellent guest experience. The internship aims to develop professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong guest-oriented mindset, providing a first hands-on experience in the luxury hospitality sector.
Job Responsibility

Requirements
Service passion about delivering true genuine guest experiences
Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and multitasking approach
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian and English language
