ARAMARK Remote Workplace Services are hiring a Guest Service Associate for a remote lodge near Fort McMurray, AB. The Guest Service Associate is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by assisting with guest needs, booking reservations, act as a point of reference for guests who need information and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues. Responsible for oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the guest services operation. The successful candidate will also be cross-trained in housekeeping and janitorial services and may be assigned to support these functions as operational needs require. While clerical duties remain the main focus, flexibility to assist in other departments is expected. Organization and good time management skills are a must.
