The Concierge II is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by assisting with guest needs, act as a point of reference for guests who need information and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues. The Concierge II may be responsible for oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the guest services operation. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.
Job Responsibility
Understand guests needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the hotel
Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs
Fulfills special requests made by hotel guests and participates in the organization of special events
Arrange events, excursions, transportation etc. upon request from hotel residents
Schedules and assigns daily work assignments the guest services team and oversees completion of tasks
Coordinate guest itineraries, prior to the guest’s arrival, for requests received via phone, fax and e-mail
Requirements
Previous guest services experience required
Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrate organization skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
Nice to have
Supervisory experience in a related role preferred
