Job Description

Manage the main Management Office desk, acting as the first point of contact for residents, visitors and contractors. Receive, sort and distribute post and parcels, maintaining accurate records and managing 'signed for' items in line with procedures. Report and liaise with the Centrick Estate Management team on all concerns, complaints and site issues. Carry out routine building patrols and inspections, ensuring communal areas are clean, safe and compliant, with accurate records maintained. Monitor CCTV systems and provide recordings to management or police when required. Control and account for all keys and access devices in accordance with procedures. Support contractor visits, bookings and on-site access, working closely with the onsite maintenance team. Maintain up-to-date resident contact information and ensure internal systems and portals are kept current. Take meter readings as requested. Adhere to all site-specific procedures, checklists and Health & Safety regulations at all times. Provide a professional, helpful and knowledgeable service, seeking guidance when required.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety responsibilities
