Job Responsibility:

  • Be the face of the hotel - engaging and inspiring guests through each guest interaction from arrival to departure
  • Securely park guest cars, deliver bags and amenities in accordance with the hotel policies
  • Lead your bell team in general operational tasks whilst assisting other front office associates
  • Be an empowering supervisor by providing motivation and support to the team
  • Escort guests to their rooms and explain all features & hotel offerings
  • Be an expert on the hotel and the surrounding area
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, creating intimate and distinctive experiences
  • Plan and execute team building activities for associates
  • Ensure all guest's wellbeing requirements and requests are anticipated and completed
  • Be the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the department
  • Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • A current driver's license
  • Relevant experience in a similar supervisory role
