At Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh, The Concierge Agent plays a key role in curating unforgettable guest experiences. This role serves as a trusted resource for guests, providing tailored recommendations and seamless arrangements to ensure an exceptional stay.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet guests warmly and provide personalized assistance throughout their stay
  • Offer recommendations and make arrangements for dining, transportation, tours, and activities
  • Coordinate with internal departments to fulfil guest requests efficiently
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special needs with professionalism and discretion
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and events
  • Assist with bookings for tickets, spa services, and other guest experiences
  • Ensure smooth communication between guests and external vendors
  • Uphold brand standards and contribute to the hotel's overall guest satisfaction scores

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Concierge, Front Office, or Guest Services role is preferred
