Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence is looking for a talented and experienced Concierge Agent who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate experience. Provide support to our dynamic front office team. Deliver an enjoyable and positive experience for guests from arrival through their departure. Oversee parts of their stay and ensure that each experience is unique and unforgettable.
Job Responsibility:
Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
Accommodates special requests whenever possible
Resolves customer complaints
Assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services
Processes packages, faxes, messages, and mail
Assure that desk collateral and information for restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current
Knows what activities are available in the city and establishes close contacts with vendors
Stores and retrieves guest luggage and packages
Utilizes a variety of software programs to accurately input special arrangements the guest has made and to ensure proper billing
Requirements:
Requires a working knowledge of division operations
Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other [Department] systems
Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
