Job Description

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Concessions Supervisor to join our team at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio. As a Concessions Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading team members to provide exceptional guest service.

Job Responsibility

Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training
Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
Manage labor and profit loss
Ensure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift
Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old
Experience working in a restaurant required
Must be able to implement rules and direct employees
Ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs while thriving in a fast-paced environment
No college degree required

Nice to have

Minimum of 2 years’ of supervisory experience preferred
