Job Description:

The Concessions Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all concessions operations during events at SNHU Arena. Working under the direction of the Food and Beverage Manager, this position ensures efficient stand operations, high-quality guest service, and compliance with all company policies and procedures. The Concessions Supervisor plays a key leadership role in maintaining a positive, productive, and service-focused team environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Verifies opening and closing inventory stand sheet and alerts management of inventory discrepancies
  • Delegates and helps execute overall opening/ closing procedures for assigned location
  • Supervise, train, and assist workers in the preparation of all menu items for sale
  • Process returns and voids in accordance with policies to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Handle and resolve guests’ issues with their orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Inputs counts using the POS system/ maintains POS payment processes
  • Ensures proper transaction control procedures are being followed
  • Manage beverage ordering and receiving

Requirements:

  • Must be dependable and have open availability
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of food service experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and move throughout the facility
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and follow instructions
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
