Job Description

The Director of Concessions oversees concession food and beverage operations for an account or venue and is accountable for service delivery, financial performance, staff leadership, and client satisfaction.

Job Responsibility

  • Planning, managing, and guiding food and beverage contract services for concession operations, often for accounts generating significant revenue
  • Leading a team that provides operational expertise while also supporting hands-on execution during events and daily operations
  • Managing client and community relationships, evaluating operations, and building plans that improve service, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction
  • Hiring, developing, and leading managers and staff to carry out operational and organizational objectives
  • Recommending methods, resources, and implementation strategies for service improvement, growth, and contract performance
  • Partnering with finance to manage budgets, optimize financial performance, and improve labor and operational productivity
  • Maintaining records and ensuring compliance with health, safety, regulatory, and Aramark operating standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in food service, hospitality, facilities, or business management
