The Concessions Custodial Associate supports the overall cleanliness, safety, and organization of Concessions spaces. This position helps ensure the venues remain well-maintained and ready to support performances, rehearsals, and daily operations for staff, artists, and partners.
Job Responsibility:
Inspect all workstations for cleanliness and organization
Verify that all critical equipment are powered on, functional, and calibrated
Uncover all portables and unlock all fridges, cages and cabinets prior to event
Set all stanchions at grab n go’s and stand locations
Ensure all locations have enough ice, soda bibs are connected, beer/COT kegs are tapped, and CO2 tanks are full
Walk through all concessions locations in designated areas to ensure all equipment is turned off, walk in fridges and freezers are properly organized and beer fridges are locked post event
Cover all portables and confirm all portable grills are cleaned and covered
Lock all beer fridges, walk ins, cabinets, cages and drawers where necessary post event
Requirements:
All applicants must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards
Ability to multitask in a fast paced, team orientated setting
Must be able to work fluently in English
Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions
Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, up and down stairs/ramps
Ability to work at all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
Must meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services
Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training
