Under the direction of Management and Supervisor(s), the Barback is responsible for providing items to bartenders upon request that help ensure exceptional guest service.
Job Responsibility:
Reports for scheduled events on time, in proper uniform, with a neat and clean personal appearance
Must maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor always
Fulfill the assigned opening and closing duties
Help restock bartenders’ inventory as needed
Help drain assigned bars and portables of all gray water on a nightly basis
Assist any bartender in need during service
Maintains high standards of friendly guest service
Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the stadium
Maintains a clean, neat, and safe work area
Ensure prompt, quality service is provided
Communicates with Supervisors and Legends Management
Able to comply with Company service standards and inventory control procedures
Shows flexibility by rotating to other service locations when necessary
Performs and completes other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be able to obtain CA Food Handlers Certification
Must be able to obtain RBS (alcohol) Certification
Ability to work all Venue events including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to work at a fast pace
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as well as move and transport full beer kegs
Constant standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, reaching, and repetitive motions
Able to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 lbs.
