Job Description

This is a contractual agreement for Concessionaires to operate food and drink outlets at events. It outlines the terms, conditions, and operational standards for vendors working with Freemans Event Partners.

Job Responsibility

  • Provision of food and drink from the Outlet
  • Operation of the Outlet at designated Sites/Events
  • Compliance with operational standards and information pack requirements
  • Ensuring safety and security of staff and persons near the Outlet
  • Keeping appropriate records and certificates available for inspection

Requirements

  • Registration on the Community Database (annual fee of £50+VAT)
  • Upload H&S Documents to the Community Database before any Offer of Work
  • Maintain public liability insurance (min. £10m) and employer’s liability insurance (min. £10m)
  • Comply with all Applicable Laws and Freemans operational standards
  • Ensure vehicles are properly licensed, have current MOTs, and are fully insured
  • Provide detailed takings records (end of day electronic Z readings) for concession fee calculation
  • Pay required deposits and invoices on time
