Job Description:

The Concession Manager role is an exciting opportunity to help drive sales and exceed targets through exceptional customer service and building a client business, people management and coaching, and maximise store efficiency through operations management.

Job Responsibility:

Drive and exceed the sales budget
Develop and implement an action orientated business plan for your location
Responsible for monitoring and driving store and team KPIs
Be a brand ambassador, setting the standard for exceptional customer experience
Develop and maintain client relationships
Network to build and maintain key relationships with corporate and local clients
Set clear individual sales objectives and KPIs for your team, and support with ongoing coaching and training
Coach and develop your team through feedback and regular performance reviews
Manage the team in accordance with company policy and procedures
Support the recruitment process
Implement approved brand and product training program
Execute visual merchandising guidelines
Ensure in store experience is in line with the guidelines and Brand standard
Maintain an accurate stock file
Ensure accurate payment processing and cash handling
Ensure the appropriate processing of in-store services

Requirements:

Experience leading and coaching a team to success with the ability to coach others and develop people in their retail roles
A demonstrated passion for customer service and delivering exceptional customer experiences
People management skills and an ability to deal with escalations effectively
Commercial awareness with a track record of improving sales, KPIs and driving targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment with a flexible approach
Organised with an ability to produce quality work within deadlines
Proactive approach with a solution focused mindset at all times
Fully flexible to work across all locations and shift times
Ability to document your authorisation to work in the United Kingdom
