Jil Sander is seeking an experienced and dynamic Concession Manager for our point of sales in Galeries Lafayette. The Concession Manager will act as a brand ambassador, driving business performance while ensuring the highest standards of client experience, operational excellence and team development.
Job Responsibility
Lead, inspire and develop the store team to foster a high-performance and client-centric culture
Coach and support team members to achieve individual and collective targets
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing development of staff
Manage scheduling and rostering in line with business needs and budget
Drive sales performance, productivity and profitability, ensuring achievement of targets and KPIs
Monitor and manage P&L, controlling costs and optimizing store efficiency
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and local stakeholders
Lead CRM initiatives and client development strategies to strengthen long-term relationships
Oversee and promote long-distance and omni-channel sales opportunities
Ensure store standards are consistently maintained at the highest level in line with brand guidelines
Guarantee compliance with company policies, procedures, health & safety regulations
Supervise stock management, BOH organization and space optimization.
Requirements
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in luxury fashion retail, preferably in a managerial role
Proactive, enthusiastic, with strong fashion awareness and business acumen.
