Job Description:

As a Concept Description Specialist, you will lead content owners to maintain and deliver high-quality IKEA Concept content. You will collaborate with partners to define and develop content topics, work independently to innovate content experiences, and help co-workers implement the IKEA Concept consistently. The role involves building strong networks and collaborating on designing future content experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Lead content owners to deliver up-to-date and high-quality IKEA Concept content
define and develop content topics in collaboration with partners
contribute to designing the future content experience
build and maintain strong working relationships across IKEA organisations
enable co-workers to understand and implement the IKEA Concept consistently.

Requirements:

5+ years of retail experience
good understanding of retail concept
self-starter who can lead and co-create
work independently to develop content experiences
excellent communication skills
ability to create engagement
make complex tasks understood and actionable
knowledge and experience of working with insights
experience in leading processes and activities end-to-end
ability to lead, inspire, and co-create with others
excellent at building networks and relationships with partners and stakeholders
in-depth understanding and experience of working with retail concepts and changing customer needs
knowledge of digital content development processes
awareness and understanding of how AI can assist with content development/production
independent and self-motivated
strong team player
confident in leading workshops and training sessions
advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
