Job Description:

The Concept Description Specialist is responsible for leading processes that deliver high-quality IKEA Concept content which is impactful across IKEA. The role involves defining and developing content topics, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to future content experience designs. Advanced English proficiency, retail expertise, and independent working skills are essential.

Job Responsibility:

Lead content owners through processes to deliver up-to-date, easily accessible and high-quality IKEA Concept content
Define and develop content topics in collaboration with partners and in line with conceptual framework
Build and maintain strong working relationships across IKEA organisations
Contribute to developing and designing the future content experience.

Requirements:

Five plus years of retail experience
Good understanding of retail concept
Self-starter who can lead and co-create with others
Work independently to develop great content experiences
Excellent communication skills
Ability to create engagement and make complex tasks understood and actionable
Knowledge and experience of working with insights and can put them to practical use
Experience in leading processes and activities end to end
Ability to lead, inspire and co-create with others
Excellent at building networks and relationships with partners and stakeholders
In-depth understanding and experience of working with retail concepts and changing customer needs
Knowledge of digital content development processes
Awareness and understanding of how AI can assist with the development and production of content
Independent, self-motivated, and a strong team player
Confident in leading workshops and training sessions
Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
