Requirements:

  • Degree in engineering, applied science, or equivalent
  • Several years of industrial experience in research and development, ideally with complex systems
  • Strong knowledge of engineering analyses, studies, and calculations in wind turbine technology
  • High degree of flexibility to work with all areas of the company in international and diverse teams
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with advanced proficiency in English and German or Spanish
  • Hands-on mentality with a strong decision-making personality
  • Proficient in common IT tools such as MS Office and MS Project
