We are currently looking to hire candidates that have an interest in pursuing a career in technology, specifically as a computer hardware technician. If you are a computer hobbyist who doesn't have any professional experience in the technical industry but you love building computers, researching technology, upgrading hardware, troubleshooting computer hardware and/or gaming then this is your chance to turn your passion into a career! Training is provided. Experience is NOT NEEDED. If you DO have professional experience diagnosing computer hardware, repairing computer hardware, changing hardware components, upgrading hardware components and/or any repair technician experience then this is a great opportunity for you as well. Recent college graduates with or without professional experience are encouraged to apply - local candidates highly preferred. Job Duties: Test server components such as RAM, CPUs, Motherboards, GPUs, hardware, Cards, etc. Exhibit proficiency in the use of test and measurement equipment. Work as a team member to achieve Diagnostic departments process yield goals. Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor. Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy. May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Training will be provided. Preferred Skills (not required) Computer/PC building; Upgrading hardware; Troubleshooting hardware; Researching hardware trends; Thorough knowledge of computer hardware components (building / troubleshooting / etc); Certifications such CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Computer Server+, Linux, Google IT Support Cert, etc) and/or an IT related degree (Associates or Bachelors) is a huge plus; Very good communication abilities; Exceptional organizing and time-management skills; Work experience as a computer technician and/or computer building hobbyist.
