We are currently looking to hire Entry Level AND experienced Computer Technician candidates that have a fundamental understanding and/or hands on experience troubleshooting computer hardware. The ideal candidate will be able to work diligently and accurately and will possess a great problem-solving ability in order to fix issues and ensure functionality. Job Responsibility:
Initially server rack deployment and structured cabling
Diagnose and repair failures with computer / server hardware
Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues
Exhibit proficiency in the use of test and measurement equipment
Work as a team member to achieve Diagnostic departments process yield goals
Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations
Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
Fundamental understanding and/or hands on experience troubleshooting computer hardware
Ability to work diligently and accurately
Great problem-solving ability
Local candidates highly preferred
Nice to have:
Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Google IT Support Cert, etc.) and/or an IT related degree (Associates or Bachelors)
Very good communication abilities
Exceptional organizing and time-management skills
Work experience as a computer technician and/or computer building hobbyist
