Job Description:
DUTIES: Analyze science, engineering, business, and all other data processing problems for application to Electronic data processing systems. Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations. Responsible for technical project activities for implementation, upgrade, and Application support project for people soft Financial management& human capital Management, supply chain management, Enterprise portal, people tools, integration Broker, compliance products and Solutions. Translate business requirements into Functional & Technical specification for PeopleSoft applications and implement them using PeopleTools and its related technologies; Conduct strategic audits on the effect of changing business environment on PeopleSoft applications and suggest suitable changes to PeopleSoft specifications to accommodate the new business rules; Gather information from business units and technical teams about the steps needed to implement the process improvement using PeopleTools and its technologies; Advise and consult on the implementation of systems business requirement; develop documentation to support the life cycle using business knowledge; Define programming requirement; formulate a detailed plan outlining steps to develop programs, using structured analysis and design; Convert project specifications, using flowcharts and diagrams, into sequence of detailed instructions and logical steps for coding, applying knowledge of computer programming techniques and computer languages; Write detailed requirements of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or enhance system functionality; Document the program development process, logic, coding and corrections. Create Test Plans and test data, Conduct and evaluate Unit Testing to verify correct implementation of program/Module Specification; Create User, Reference, Training Manuals and Task Guides.
