Job Description:

Our end client is looking for a Computer Systems Analyst to join their team to work on CMS Software Enhancement Project. The Web Content Management system is a standards based, open architecture software product without any proprietary restrictions. This system utilizes leading industry technologies to avoid integration problems with existing systems and comes complete with its own publishing engine, embedded relational DB, JSP/Servlet engine, & Application server.

Job Responsibility:

Perform requirement analysis, product spec writing, design, development, testing and deployment of our CMS software
Analyzing business process using UML diagrams for different prospective documents
In depth knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies. Ex. Waterfall model
Productive use of Agile –Jira tools for creating and estimating plan, building a sprint backlog, Identifying team commitment and velocity, visualizing team activity, reporting on team progress
Work effectively and independently on assigned tasks
Develop quality code and its associated technical documentation adhering to development standards
Keep production up and running, working on Prod issues, resolving incidents, fixing software bugs, Involving into OS/DB Secuity Patching activities
Experience on Eclipse and/or any Java Development Framework
Analyze and develop the web application using Java, JSP, Ajax, and Spring MVC
Providing Tech specifications in area of reports, interfaces, conversion programs and enhancements
Creating appropriate documentation for business requirements and work flow

Requirements:

Work with MySQL, MSSQL Database
Pig, Hive and Hbase
Java/J2ee, Spring framework
Web Services/Data Power
Web/App server knowledge, Unix SQL
Bachelors degree in an industry recognized field, or equivalent in computers science or equivalent in a related field
