What You Can Expect In This Role: Process and document nightly batch jobs for the PolicyLink administration system and other systems as needed. Print and deliver reports and other output to appropriate service areas.
Job Responsibility:
Process and document nightly batch jobs for the PolicyLink administration system and other systems as needed
Print and deliver reports and other output to appropriate service areas
Perform batch-processing duties for the PolicyLink system and other systems as assigned
Document status and completion of all jobs
Print reports and other output for service areas and deliver to the appropriate staff members
Run management reports and forward completed reports via e-mail
Maintain a current documentation manual for PolicyLink batch operations
Identify production printer problems and contact printer vendor for support

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent Required
Basic knowledge of computers and operating systems
Detail oriented
Ability to work independently and make appropriate decisions
Ability to complete simple projects within established timeframe
Ability to communicate with employees in Des Moines office and other locations
Ability to communicate with outside vendors and suppliers
Ability to lift boxes of paper weighing up to 45 pounds
Criminal background check required
Nice to have:
Working knowledge of Xerox printers a plus
Working knowledge of ControlM E/M a plus
