Join our customer's team as a Computer & Information Systems Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of information systems across a dynamic, technology-driven environment. In this strategic position, you will oversee systems initiatives, lead IT teams, and ensure that business processes are seamlessly supported by robust technology solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, implement, and manage end-to-end computer and information systems solutions in line with organizational objectives
  • Lead and mentor IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
  • Oversee system security, data integrity, and compliance with evolving industry standards and regulations
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements and actionable projects
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, software, and vendors to enhance system capabilities
  • Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures for IT processes and disaster recovery
  • Ensure timely and effective communication across teams, providing updates and technical guidance as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in managing complex computer and information systems within medium to large-scale organizations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and collaboration
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional IT teams and manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and cybersecurity best practices
  • Experience developing IT strategies aligned with broader business goals
  • Solid background in IT governance, compliance, and risk management

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
