Job Description

Design, develop, and deploy high value digital tools, business applications, and KPI dashboards. Develop and maintain solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) following best practices. Actively participate in process automation initiatives (RPA, bots, advanced workflows). Analyze complex business processes and propose effective, sustainable technological solutions. Contribute to the standardization, documentation, and governance of developed solutions. Ensure system performance, data quality, data security, and integration with existing platforms. Collaborate closely with IT teams, operations, and other stakeholders. Explore, test, and progressively integrate artificial intelligence capabilities when relevant. Support a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and best practice development. Provide user training, support, and coaching. Identify technical issues, propose solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in digital solution development and process automation
  • Demonstrated mastery of the Power Platform and associated best practices
  • Hands on experience with automation (RPA, bots, workflows)
  • Strong understanding of cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure (an asset)
  • Ability to design robust, maintainable, and scalable solutions
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex operational processes
  • High interest in emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French, spoken and written
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (asset)
  • Knowledge of ALM / DevOps practices (asset)
  • Familiarity with Copilot, AI Builder, or other applied AI technologies (asset)
  • Autonomy, collaborative mindset, and strong initiative (asset)
