Computational Designer

Walter P Moore has an immediate opening for a Computational Designer. As a Computational Designer, you will lead the development and application of advanced digital workflows and data-driven strategies to enhance project delivery across the firm. You will collaborate closely with structural engineering teams on complex, high-impact projects while contributing to the growth of firmwide digital practice initiatives alongside other computational design specialists. This role requires strong communication and presentation skills, a proactive mindset for continuous improvement, and a commitment to lifelong learning. You will work across multiple projects simultaneously, partnering with interdisciplinary teams located in various offices. The position also involves direct engagement with clients throughout the project lifecycle and participation in industry events. In addition to project work, you will play a key role in advancing digital initiatives across the firm. This includes supporting the development, implementation, and adoption of new tools and technologies, as well as educating and collaborating with colleagues across departments.
