Requirements:

Comprehensive experience in programming, particularly in parametric design and computational tools
Strong aesthetic sensibility, with attention to details, proportions, light, and atmosphere
Confidence in presenting ideas clearly
Enjoyment of a collaborative team spirit and dialogue
Experience using AI tools as part of the creative and design process
