This is a pivotal role to lead and inspire a large team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration and ensure smooth production operations while maintaining the highest standards of product quality and compliance. You will build and manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders along with driving continuous improvement initiatives, problem-solve effectively, and implement process refinements to support business growth.

Requirements:

  • Pharmacy Degree, Science Degree or approved equivalent qualification

  • Ensure all facility and equipment readiness requirements are met, including cleanliness, maintenance, calibration, and required documentation
  • Verify patient-specific prescriptions, compounded lots, and batch records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to SOPs
  • Perform or oversee required pharmacy calculations and validate ingredient measurements for potency and accuracy
