Job Description:

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Permanent Compounder role with one of our prominent clients in the manufacturing industry, specifically within their Personal Care division. This is a fantastic chance to join the team.

Job Responsibility:

To compound all varieties of bulk
Weigh chemicals accurately
Return unused chemicals to proper location after use
Make adjustments to batches as per the lab or manufacturing supervisor
Take samples to lab in a timely fashion
Documentation of the following: Lot # on batch sheet, Locations on batch sheet for each raw material, Enter batch into the log on the computer, Assign lot # for the batch, Record actual usage on batch sheet
Report spills or mistakes immediately to your supervisor
Report all faulty and broken equipment to your supervisor
Locate incoming raw materials when required and document
Wash and clean tanks when required
Update work in progress board as needed
Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor or another manager
All employees are responsible for safety quality
All employees are responsible to report safety and quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action

Requirements:

Must have 2 years experience working in chemical manufacturing, Cosmetic or personal care industry
Able to lift 5 lbs. to 35 lbs.
Must speak, read and write English
Ability to follow chemical batch sheets
Maintain fast work pace
Flexible working hours
