Job Responsibility:
Adhere to General Work Requirements
Analyze and compile data
Update and maintain databases
Assist with special projects that focus on delivering results against the business plan
Assist the Team with business analysis
Work as part of the Team to provide support to ensure reliability and efficiency with processes
Assist in performing acceptability analysis based on current scheduling requirements and availability of resources
Assist in researching and administering special programs, may include programs such as warranty, Smart Parts, open delivery items
Assist in reviewing financial summary for Proposal including pre-sale margin analysis
Assist in performing acceptability analysis based on current scheduling requirements and availability of resources
Assist in creating project flow charts and other management tools in support of aircraft visit
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or Master's degree
Computer skills necessary to learn and/or operate word processing, spreadsheet, database, project, e-mail, and web-based applications
Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Analytical skills necessary to research, review and accommodate scheduling requirements
Planning and organizational skills necessary to prioritize and coordinate workload within a multiple project setting with rapidly changing priorities
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
Ability to analyze risk and make sound business decisions
