Job Responsibility:
Manage and plan requirements to drive compliance projects and processes through their full lifecycle, ensuring successful outcomes
Validate recurring reports and analyze metrics to identify trends, assess program effectiveness, and inform continuous improvement
Provide program management support for compliance initiatives, guiding efforts from concept through execution
Deliver actionable data analysis and present insights and recommendations clearly, both verbally and in writing
Identify opportunities to enhance compliance policies and processes, developing and executing improvement plans
Coordinate comprehensive risk assessments to identify key risks and prioritize compliance efforts across the organization
Lead the development and delivery of in-person compliance training and communication strategies, ensuring adherence to company-wide standards
Drive execution of a robust controls framework by translating legal, regulatory, self-regulatory, and internal policy requirements into practical business controls
Requirements:
Experience conducting risk assessments and developing control frameworks
Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and sustain effective relationships
Experience designing and implementing new programs and processes
Solid project management capabilities, including planning, execution, and resource coordination
Expertise in compliance and regulatory data analysis, with a focus on insights and decision-making
Deep understanding of evolving regulatory and compliance standards and industry best practices
