We are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia on a Contract basis for an estimated 3-4 month assignment. This role supports procurement operations by helping manage timelines, documentation, and solicitation activity from early planning through final closeout. The ideal candidate brings experience in structured procurement environments, preferably within government or nonprofit organizations, and can maintain accuracy while working across multiple deadlines.
Job Responsibility:
Monitor procurement agreements, key dates, and project milestones to help keep activities on schedule and support timely completion
Guide procurement work across the full lifecycle, including planning, solicitation preparation, issuance, and closeout coordination
Draft, organize, and maintain solicitation packages such as invitations to bid, requests for proposals, and requests for qualifications using approved formats and standards
Check procurement documents for alignment with internal templates, policy expectations, and applicable compliance guidelines
Evaluate scopes of work, drawings, specifications, creative briefs, and related materials to confirm they are complete, clear, and accurate before release
Partner with stakeholders to support documentation updates, status tracking, and issue resolution throughout active procurement efforts
Maintain organized procurement records and provide consistent follow-up on upcoming deliverables and deadlines
Requirements:
Experience supporting compliance-related procurement or contract administration activities
Knowledge of procurement documentation and solicitation processes, including bid and proposal preparation
Ability to track multiple schedules, deadlines, and deliverables with strong attention to detail
Skill in reviewing supporting documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy
Comfortable working within structured policy, template, and compliance requirements
Background in government or nonprofit environments is strongly preferred
