Compliance Specialist

• Monitor and enforce compliance with state and federal regulations to maintain licensure and exemption statuses
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies to handle filings and address compliance-related inquiries
• Gather and organize necessary information from internal teams to support regulatory processes
• Utilize tools like Salesforce, Google Workspace, and other software to manage compliance documentation and reporting
• Edit and maintain important records, including PDFs, spreadsheets, and other files, to ensure accuracy
• Conduct due diligence to identify and mitigate compliance risks
• Prepare detailed compliance reports to support organizational decision-making
• Maintain and update compliance files to ensure all documentation is current and accessible
• Provide guidance on compliance matters to internal stakeholders, ensuring awareness and adherence
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to support compliance initiatives and continuous improvement

• Proven experience in regulatory compliance and risk management
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, and document editing software
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret compliance regulations
• Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple campuses and virtual locations
• Experience in preparing and presenting compliance reports
• Background in the education sector is highly desirable
• Effective communication skills to liaise with regulatory agencies and internal teams
• Ability to manage and maintain accurate records and files
