Support the Governance, Risk & Compliance function through administrative oversight, compliance monitoring, and operational coordination to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
Job Responsibility:
Execute monthly SPM assurance
Liaise with SCB team on quarterly CST Reviews (monthly checking to ensure compliance)
Ensure Archive Storage Facility (ASF) review and reports are completed as per SCB requirements
Ensure Confidential Waste Facility review and reports are completed as per SCB requirements
Support reviews of quarterly Engineering Audits in coordination with Lead
Support annual JCAP (JLL Client Assurance Program) activities at site level in coordination with the lead
Support ad hoc Audit Reviews and compliance assessments
Participate in Risk & Compliance team meetings
Fieldglass Administrative duties
Follow up on Control Reviews on a monthly basis with SME in each cluster to ensure operational excellence
Co-ordinate with site teams to ensure bi-annual Business Continuity and Crisis Management planning
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all compliance activities
Support audit preparation and follow-up activities
Assist with regulatory reporting requirements as required
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Basic understanding of operational and risk management principles
