Compliance & Regulatory Technical Architect. This role has been designed as ‘’Onsite’ with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office. Job Responsibility:

  • Using your expertise in Banking Regulatory & Compliance Solution design, development, technology & architecture
  • Collaborating with Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, Project Managers, business stakeholders and external vendors across US/Ireland/India
  • Provide technical solutions, architecture, and design for the business requirements by closely working with business analysts, domain architects and business SME
  • Solve complex development problems and provide technical guidance to the team
  • Understands the specific goals and needs of the business, function, or geography and represents those needs to the IT organization
  • Represents the needs of the business, function, or geography during the IT priority-setting process
  • Identifies leverage opportunities where IT can provide cost-effective, standard solutions to meet the needs of multiple business/function/geography organizations
  • Maintain technical design documentation, communicating architectural and design changes to development teams
  • Conduct regular design and code reviews, establishing and publishing quality and performance metrics
  • Hands-on work during design, development, and testing phases to see the requirements through to completion
  • Provides mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees
  • Authority on relevant subject matter knowledge including technologies, theories, and techniques

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or related major
  • 5+ years of experience as a solution technical architect working on the full spectrum of the Software Development Lifecycle
  • 10+ years of experience with technical knowledge in building API & web-based applications using Microsoft Technology Stack with .Net/C#, HTML, SQL
  • Experience working with ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, LINQ, Message Queue, WCF, API (Rest/JSON) and building Reusable Libraries
  • Some experience with SQL Server development in creating & modifying stored procedures, SQL data scripts and data conversion
  • Solid understanding and experience with Object-Oriented design and development
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies using JIRA
  • Familiarity with Azure environments (APIM, Azure Service Bus, App Service Environment)
  • Experience working with global teams
  • Strong communication skills, interaction, and relationship management abilities
  • Experience with Banking Regulatory & Compliance projects
  • Experience in Banking/Lending/Leasing industries
  • Ability to resolve/diffuse conflict and be comfortable in tense situations
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
