Job Description

As a Compliance & Project Support Officer at NTS Eindhoven, you are part of the Quality & Continuous Improvement (Q&CI) team within the Mechatronics Assembly business unit of NTS Eindhoven. In this combined role, you are the connecting link between compliance policies from the headquarters and their implementation in operations. Additionally, you support our (NPI) project managers in structured and manageable project organization. You combine administrative accuracy with substantive coordination. You work closely with procurement, engineering, and operations to ensure that laws and regulations, customer requirements, and internal processes are followed correctly. At the same time, you support project managers by ensuring insight, structure, and progress in project and capacity data.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinating and monitoring compliance activities towards procurement and following up on documentation and requests
  • Handling and processing customer inquiries regarding product compliance
  • Acting as a link between Global Quality, Environment, Safety & Health and the operational departments within Mechatronics
  • Supporting project managers in project administration, reporting, and progress monitoring
  • Managing and updating capacity planning and supporting in keeping the sales funnel transparent

Requirements

  • Intermediate vocational education (MBO+)/Higher vocational education (HBO) level, preferably in a technical or business administration direction
  • Affinity with product compliance and laws and regulations or willingness to delve into this area
  • Experience in project support, PMO activities, or administrative support within a technical environment
  • Good command of the Dutch language in speech and writing and good communication skills in English
  • Proactive, structured, and communicatively strong personality who can informally coordinate without a hierarchical line
