Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Compliance Privacy Project Coordinator with a global organization. This is a 12-month contract position (possibility to convert or extend) based in Marlborough, MA, with a hybrid schedule – 2 days onsite per week. The role is less of a traditional analyst position and more focused on coordination and operations within a Privacy & Compliance team. Responsibilities include managing privacy-related requests, coordinating with Legal, HR, and other business groups, reviewing documentation, tracking deadlines, maintaining SOPs, and supporting data privacy processes. Privacy experience is helpful but not required-the client is open to candidates from legal support, compliance, paralegal, legal operations, or similar backgrounds who have strong organizational skills and experience handling confidential information. ServiceNow is a nice-to-have.
