Job Description

We are seeking an experienced team leader to join our Dublin team. This is a superb opportunity where you will have exposure to so many facets of our business and play an integral role in driving continuous improvement to ensure full compliance within our customer processes, internal administration, legislation, health & safety, transport, waste management, and service excellence.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and support a small team, including a Warehouse & Inventory Operative and Team Administrator, providing coaching, training and performance reviews
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and stakeholders, including the Environment Agency and NWCPO, with experience handling waste transfer documentation
  • Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring full compliance with H&S procedures and leading the annual FMIR audit
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards and stay up to date with legislation alongside the HSEQ team
  • Oversee environmental compliance, including adherence to the site Environmental Permit, waste volumes and correct waste segregation and packaging
  • Manage inventory processes, including stock control, discrepancy investigations and bi-annual stock takes
  • Oversee branch warehouse operations and ensure stock is correctly stored and labelled
  • Manage branch fleet compliance, including maintenance, servicing, MOTs, inspections, “O” licence requirements and tachograph downloads
  • Ensure employees complete required training and support ongoing development
  • Handle customer compliance queries and ensure branch facilities and equipment are maintained and inspected in line with schedules

  • IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications would be an advantage
  • WAMITAB qualification is desired
