Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Operations Specialist to support Legal and HR functions within a fast-paced, regulated environment. This role is ideal for someone with 2–5 years of experience who thrives on managing complex workflows, supporting audits and investigations, and ensuring compliance across multiple functions. This role is on-site four days per week, and the office is located in Redwood City.

Job Responsibility

  • Support audits, investigations, and regulatory responses, including data tracking, documentation, and draft preparation
  • Assist with OSHA and safety compliance initiatives and reporting requirements
  • Manage compliance-related projects, timelines, dashboards, and deliverables
  • Partner cross-functionally with Legal, HR, Payroll, and Safety teams
  • Prepare reports and track key compliance metrics to support decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2–5 years of experience in compliance, legal operations, HR compliance, or similar
  • Exposure to audits, investigations, or regulatory matters
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
