Job Description:

The Compliance Operations Analyst role involves leadership in managing AML/KYC professionals while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include overseeing CDD operations, risk assessment, quality assurance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive seamless compliance operations.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and manage a team of AML/KYC professionals, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Oversee CDD operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in AML/KYC processes
Provide guidance, training, and support to the team
Analyze and assess potential risks, ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the Compliance Group
Ensure timely completion of KYC reviews, investigations, and reporting
Foster a quality-focused and detail-oriented work culture

Requirements:

Experience working with AML/KYC
Familiarity with CDD processes
Ability to provide training and support to team members
