Job Description:

This Contract-to-permanent position focuses on ensuring adherence to national accreditation, certification, and contractual standards. The role requires initiative, independence, and the ability to manage compliance processes effectively across various organizational programs.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee compliance with agency contracts, accreditation, and certification standards
Interpret regulations and standards to ensure organizational alignment
Train staff on compliance requirements and best practices
Coordinate the development and review of agency policies to meet regulatory expectations
Implement audit systems to monitor and maintain adherence to compliance standards
Identify and address compliance gaps through corrective actions
Maintain accurate documentation and records related to compliance activities
Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent application of compliance protocols
Monitor updates to regulations and standards, ensuring timely organizational adjustments

Requirements:

Proven experience in document control and management
Familiarity with compliance standards related to accreditation and certification
Strong ability to interpret regulations and implement necessary changes
Experience in auditing and monitoring organizational policies
Proficiency in training staff and communicating compliance requirements
Ability to compile, scan, and manage documentation efficiently
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
High degree of initiative and independence in detail-oriented environments
