Compliance officer

• Develop and maintain sophisticated policies, procedures, and version control systems that safeguard organisational integrity

• Act as a high-level consultant to staff and management, providing expert advice on design standards and professional development
• Engage with industry bodies and internal leaders to ensure the organisation remains at the forefront of best practices

• Proven experience in a compliance, quality assurance, or governance-heavy role
• Demonstrated experience utilizing project management methodologies to implement compliance initiatives
• A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is considered a significant advantage
