Randstad is recruiting for a client, a renowned bank that's seeking a Compliance Officer - training consultant. The position is responsible for the oversight and implementation of Compliance trainings in the Firm’s training tools: preparing and/or reviewing the trainings, identifying the groups to receive the training and creating and pushing out the trainings. In addition, the position is responsible to coordinate with different departments the annual review of Policies and Procedures to ensure these documents are up to date. This will include keeping a current repository, follow up with Policy and Procedure owners, escalating procedures where needed and providing necessary reporting and associated KPI’s. The Compliance Officer is also expected to act as a back-up for certain Core Compliance functions, which may include managing employees' outside business interests, reviewing electronic communications, supporting the registrations process for licensed employees and advising on personal account dealings.
Job Responsibility:

Log training breaches into the Conduct Tool
Perform and provide backup for Core Compliance functions
Requirements:
Compliance training programs, including the creation and management of firm-wide and targeted compliance-based training topics
Prior experience at an investment bank is a plus
Knowledge of various compliance processes around conduct and ethics
Strong communication and presentation skills
