Requirements

Educated with a Master Degree, ideally in business law or compliance studies
Minimum of 5 years’ experience advising on compliance and anti-corruption matters with sound business judgement
Strong leadership and communication skills
Strong writing skills required to write and edit reports and memorandums
Rigorous, details oriented with a high degree of autonomy, integrity, confidentiality and trust
Languages: English (fluent/negotiation level/report drafting)

Job Responsibility

Performing enhanced Due Diligence reviews of sales transactions
